Rubber granulate is solely made from the waste that occurs during the production of technical rubber, such as EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer). All materials are supplied in small-volume transport containers to maintain cleanliness. In our workshop they are ground and homogenised in 24-ton batches. The grinding is done using magnetic and non-magnetic separators. As one of the few we produce rubber granulate using a discontinuous process, which means that the granulate is not sieved directly after grinding but a minimum of 2 weeks later, which prevents the material from sticking together.
Rubber granulate is primarily used for sports surfaces, such as athletic sports grounds, football pitches and children's playgrounds. They are used as a ground surface as well as an infill for artificial turf. For these purposes we produce rubber granulate of 0.5 mm to 25 mm in size with both the grain size as well as the weight per litre accommodating the customer's requests.
Fine rubber granulate is used in the rubber industry and for modifying asphalt. For these applications we produce extra fine granulate 0.3 mm thick.
Fraction and colour scheme may be customised to meet the customer's requirements.
Most popular fractions are 1-3 mm and 1-4 mm.
It is a mixture of black EPDM and grey EPDM in a ratio of 50:50.
The crumb rubber is produced from homogenised EPDM rubber derived from EPDM technical rubber waste (EPDM is clean, occurring as technical waste during production). It is made using grinding and sieving technologies.
It is coloured black EPDM crumb rubber.

Available are large bags (Big Bag) of 1,000 kg in weight or PE bags of 25 kg in weight.
